This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
Hey Tofu, where it says shell, it doesn't mean like that kind of shell. It means like a UNIX/Linux/BSD Shell, the application that allows you to communicate with the operating system. Here's a little Diagram:
You type a command into the shell, in this case, "rm -rf /home/tofu/downloads/videos/" > the shell notices you've typed "rm -rf" (which means you're going to remove the directory), and tells the kernel to remove the folder > the kernel tells the hard drive driver that folder is going to be removed > the driver tells the drive itself to remove the folder > the drive removes it.
Quite simple really, basically it just tells the computer what to do.. nowadays we don't really need text based shells though, we have graphical ones..

I run Debian Linux for my server. I use Ubuntu for my lappy. Get Ubuntu, it's better than Windows.
I'm sticking to "egg shells".
Thanks, though.
Lolwow..
I really, really, *really*, make things sound complex sometimes. I mean, wow. Wow.
It's all simple Tofu, trust me. Unix is a simple system in the long run.
